The Reservation Process:
Once you have found a Villa or Apartment
that you would like to visit, you must

telephone us> us to reserve it.
We will then confirm it's availability and send
you a Booking Form, and our 'Terms & Conditions'. A 25% deposit will be required
to secure the reservation (unless you are travelling within eight weeks, in
which case the full amount will be due), and once we receive that deposit, along
with your completed Booking Form, the accommodation is officially Booked for
you. The person responsible for making the reservation (the Lead Passenger) must
be at least 18 years of age, and in some cases we reserve the right to refuse
'single sex' bookings, so you must inform us at the time of confirming your
reservation if either of these issues are relevant.
Our Prices:
The prices published on our website are in UK
Pounds (GBP £) and are 'per week' for the property up to the maximum number of
guests allowed. For a 7 night reservation, if your period of stay crosses over
two seasons the weekly rate will be based upon the price per week as on the day
of your arrival. For a two week reservation the first week will be based upon the
price per week as on the day of your arrival, and the second week is calculated
on the price per week as on the day the second week starts.
In most cases we can accommodate additional guests in a property,
but you must confirm this with us before making your reservation and there will
be an additional charge to pay. If you require to make payment in another
currency you should contact the representative dealing with your reservation to
discuss this option.
Making your Payment:
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. We
do not accept payment by credit card over the telephone or online. Why - because
of the charges incurred. Our prices are some of the cheapest you will find,
either online or in the high street, and this is because we do not have to add
between 3% and 6% to the cost of our properties by accepting card payments. Many
of our competitors who accept card payments have already added this fee to the
accommodation prices they offer - whether you choose to pay by card or not!
If you wish to pay from a credit card account you
can do so in one of two ways; you can ask your card provider to make a payment
from your credit card account to us, or you can use a credit card cheque, which
most of the larger card providers (such as Halifax, Lloyds TBS, Barclays & MBNA)
now issue precisely for the purpose of making such a purchase. If you elect one
of these methods you will be charged by your card provider for the privilege -
but only you will be charged, and not our other customers who do not wish to pay
by credit card - and we believe that this is fairer.
This means that we can keep our prices low, which
means we can keep our promise to our customers; low prices for quality accommodation!
The Arrival Procedure:
Approximately 10 days before you are due to arrive
we will send a full set of written instructions to you by email which will take
you from your chosen airport to one of our local management offices, or directly to the
villa or apartment itself.
