superior complex close to the Arenal Beach.

townhouse is located a few minutes walk from the natural, rocky
beach, between Jávea Port and the Arenal beach, in an elegant
development built to high standards. Just a few steps from the
spacious, private patio at the front of the house are the residents’
gardens - cool lawns, fountains, swimming pool, whirlpool and a
large, shady, paved area. |

On the ground floor, the front door from the patio
leads into the living room, with an American (open) kitchen leading
conveniently from the dining area, while the small lobby containing
the cloakroom, and stairs to the first floor, are at the rear of the
lounge area. Two bedrooms and a bathroom complete the accommodation
upstairs.
Close by is the picturesque La Fontana Canal and Marina where boats
of all types are moored for easy access to the sea. A short stroll
along the seafront to the right takes you to the Arenal beach, with
its many attractions, and to the left the walk to the Port of Jávea
will take around fifteen minutes. There are several supermarkets
nearby. The historic old town of Jávea is about 3 km away, and
there is a choice of golf courses within a 25 minute radius. |
