minutes walk from the natural, rocky beach, between Jávea Port and
the beautiful Arenal beach, in an elegant development built to high
standards. It has its own small front garden, as well as a most
attractive residents’ garden with lawns, fountains, pool, whirlpool
and large, shady area. The grounds are both private and secure. |

Close by, and within sight of the apartment, is the
picturesque La Fontana Canal and Marina where boats of all types are
moored for easy access to the sea. A short stroll along the
seafront to the right takes you to the Arenal beach, with its many
attractions, and to the left the walk to the Port of Jávea will take
around fifteen minutes.
There are several supermarkets nearby and the historic old town of
Jávea is about 3 km away, and there is a choice of golf courses
within a 25 minute radius. |
