Casa Benimadroc

A lovely villa (sleeping 8 guests in comfort) in a quiet rural setting, yet just minutes from the town, beach and port areas of Jávea and the golf course, with several bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Set in 2,700 square metres of private land, with beautiful views across the valley to hills in the distance, the grounds are partially landscaped with lawns, flower beds and shrubs, and partially natural. The orchard has a variety of fruit, olives and almonds, to which guests are welcome to help themselves.

Both the house and grounds are child-friendly. Apart from one upstairs bedroom it is completely on one level, and has large rooms and plenty of space. Double doors from the dining area open onto the gardens, and from the lounge is a covered L-shaped ‘naya’ (covered terrace) furnished with comfortable furniture, and dining table and chairs seating up to 10 people. The Arenal sandy beach is 15 minutes away by car, and there are also other beaches for windsurfing, sailing, and jet skiing. By car, the historic old town is reached in 7 minutes, and a little further on from the town is the port (10 minutes), with a variety of attractions. La Sella Golf course is just a 5 minute drive.
