This is a top class villa, set on a hillside overlooking the bay of
Jávea, and offering a high standard of accommodation and wonderful
panoramic views from the living rooms, bedrooms, terraces and pool
area. The emphasis at Casa Colina is on comfortable, relaxed indoor
and outdoor living, with the dining room, kitchen and lounge each
opening onto outdoor areas. The dining room comfortably seats six,
and the beautiful adjoining lounge features a Tosca stone fireplace,
and offers extensive views through three floor-to-ceiling arched
windows. |

The pool area is very private and not overlooked, and the barbecue
and dining terrace, with direct access to the kitchen, is an
excellent setting for memorable meals and vistas of hillsides,
woods, orange groves and, of course, the sea. Three bedrooms, two
bathrooms and a good-size, country-style kitchen complete the
accommodation at Casa
Colina.
The central location of the villa means that the Arenal (sandy)
beach, the attractive port area and the historic old town are each
within about a 10 to 15 minute drive, and there are also several
excellent golf courses within a 20 minute radius; Jávea Golf Club
and La Sella being the closest at 5 km and 9 km respectively. |
