Casa Maria

This is a three bedroom villa of a high standard set in a quiet residential area of Jávea and built in modern style, with wooden beams throughout.  From the L-shaped living/dining room, doors lead onto a private patio which is ideal for outside dining and relaxing. The inviting pool has lawns on either side, and is just a few steps from the patio. The lovely garden offers total privacy as it is enclosed by mature hedges.  There are modern, lightweight poolside recliners and a dining table and chairs. The fully fitted kitchen and utility room offer good facilities, and the bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully furnished.  Large, locking entrance gates provide both privacy and security and an open, south-facing aspect is very much enjoyed by guests staying at Villa Maria.
