Villa La Palmera
Situated in the exclusive La Guardia Park, Villa La Palmera has been built in the colonial style, with
the accent on space, light and quality. Inside, the entrance hall
leads, through a pillared archway to the left, to the living room
and kitchen, and to the right to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A
glazed stairway leads to the master bedroom suite and roof terrace.
Outside, the large open and covered terraces are bordered by
classical pillars, and the villa itself is set in walled and gated
private grounds with lawned areas, palms and flowering shrubs. For
families wishing to holiday in the same vicinity, this villa is one
of two that we offer in La Guardia Park - just across the road from
Villa Helena>.

Close by are a bank, a baker, and a café/bar, and also within
walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules
club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small
supermarket. A little further away is a larger supermarket, as well
as various bars and restaurants, and several points with views of
the rocky headlands and bays. Villa La Palmera is about a 10
minute drive from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Jávea,
with its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and
supermarkets. Jávea port and old town are located about 15 minutes
drive away. Two nearby coves, offer snorkelling, sea bathing and
beach bars. |
