Villa 'La Vista'

Villa 'La Vista', so named because of its fabulous views of Jįvea, Mount Montgo and the inland range of hills, is the perfect villa for more than one family group. Set in the exclusive Tosalet area, this high-quality, spacious and beautifully maintained villa has been used in the past only by the owners for their family holidays. Now it is their home for 6 months of the year, and therefore has many personal and homely features that give it that extra special appeal. On the 1st floor is the main living area with well-equipped kitchen, elegant lounge with dining area leading to the terrace, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has doors to the terrace. On the ground floor is a 4th bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a huge games room, with plenty of space for the 2 single beds provided. The pool area can be accessed by steps from the kitchen or terrace, or from the games room.

Around the pool there is plenty of space for lying in the sun or shade, and for barbecuing and dining. There are two supermarkets fairly close by. The Arenal beach is about 2.5 km (5 minutes by car), and offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jįvea (about 3 km away) are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive.
