apartment is just 50 metres from the sea, and only 300 metres from a
second sandy beach.
This delightful two bedroom, first-floor apartment is very well
placed in Jávea, just 500 metres south of the Arenal sandy beach, an
area offering safe bathing, and beach and water sports, around which
lies a wide promenade with bars, restaurants and shops – equally
lively during the daytime and at night. There is a rocky sea
frontage only 50 metres from the apartments, with steps set into the
rock to give easy access for snorkelling and scuba diving. The
rocks are also an ideal place to try your luck fishing. |

The apartment itself has a substantial south-facing terrace
overlooking the swimming pool and gardens - ideal for outdoor dining
and relaxing. The lounge/dining room is light and spacious, and
attractively furnished with a cane 3-piece suite and dining table
and chairs. From the living room doors lead to the two bedrooms,
and the kitchen and bathroom. The full-size tennis court is for the
exclusive use of residents - bring your own racquets or use those
provided in the apartment. There are also fishing rods, board
games, books and some basic snorkelling equipment, as well as
beach/garden chairs and a recliner. The attractive port and historic
old town of Jávea are about 2 km away, and there are two excellent
golf courses within a 20-minute radius. |
