This is a superior
ground floor apartment with direct access to pool and lawns, and
very close to sandy and rocky beaches. The apartment benefits from
air-conditioning and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. It is an
attractive apartment in a small, exclusive complex built in Moorish
style, an easy three minute walk to the Arenal sandy beach. Here
there is safe bathing, beach and water sports, and a wide promenade
with a wonderful array of bars, restaurants and shops. There is
also a rocky sea frontage about one minute’s walk from the
apartment - excellent for snorkelling, scuba diving and fishing.
In the apartment itself furnishings and décor are of a good
standard, with colour-coordinated bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen,
and a comfortable and spacious living area. |

For the enjoyment of guests the owners have
thoughtfully provided videos, books, cards, and games, including
chess. The apartment has two entrance doors, so one can enter
either from the pedestrian gate into the garden from the terrace, or
from the garage and parking at the rear. A three-minute stroll will
take you to the nearest large supermarket. The attractive port and
historic old town of Jávea are about 2 km away, and there are two
excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius. |
