Villa Carlos

Situated in the prestigious Tosalet Phase 3 area of Jávea, with open views over pine trees towards the majestic Mount Montgó, Villa Carlos offers spacious accommodation, comfort and good facilities. The villa is set in lovely terraced gardens with lawns, tropical shrubs and flowers, and it has a chemical-free, saline swimming pool with a large, non-slip surround. The ‘naya’ or covered terrace, extending the length of the villa, with furniture for outside dining and relaxing, has an open patio in front. From the naya, doors lead into a large, comfortably furnished, split-level lounge and dining room, and this has a very light and airy feel to it.

Next to the dining area is a cloakroom with wc, and then the kitchen, from which a door leads to a covered patio with a shower, washing machine and drying area, with a gate to the side garden. The three bedrooms and large bathroom are separated from the lounge by a short corridor and a few steps. Two supermarkets are just a short distance away by car, and the Arenal is about 3.5 km (5 minutes by car), with a large, safe, sandy beach, shops, bars and restaurants, and an excellent atmosphere. Just 6 km from the villa are the historic old town and the Port, and there are two golf courses within a 20-minute drive.
