excellent villa of high standards located in quiet, country
surroundings, with superb views of Granadella natural park from most
rooms, yet less than 10 minutes’ very pretty drive to the amenities
of the Arenal, Jávea’s sandy beach area. A pleasant 15 minute
downhill walk, or a short drive, takes one to a very pretty rocky
cove with a pebble beach, two or three bars/restaurants, and good
snorkelling and scuba diving. The house itself is on two levels. On
pool level are the garden room, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms
and bathroom. From the garden room rear steps lead to the lower
level with living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. |

The gardens - on pool
level at the front and terraced at the rear - are an absolute
delight, with an abundance of trees and flowering shrubs. The rear
garden has a water feature with pond, and an enchanting patio area
with uninterrupted views of the hills and Mount Montgó - perfect for
evening drinks in the gentle evening sun! The Villa is just 6km from
the Arenal in Jávea, and just over 1km from a selection of bars and
restaurants. |
