Built in
2002, Villa Helena is most attractive and very spacious, with
all those special ingredients that make up the ideal holiday home.
Summer outdoor living is especially well catered for with the
south-facing furnished terraces and large, sunny pool area for
sunbathing and relaxation. The walled and gated grounds are part
lawn and part gravel, planted with palms, flowering shrubs and small
trees.
For
families wishing to holiday in the same vicinity, this villa is one
of two that we offer in La Guardia Park - just across the road from
Villa La Palmera>.

Close by are a bank, a baker, and a café/bar, and also within
walking distance, or about 2 minutes by car, are a tennis/boules
club with mini golf, a couple of restaurants and a small
supermarket. A little further away is a larger supermarket, as well
as various bars and restaurants, and several points with views of
the rocky headlands and bays. Villa Helena is about a 10
minute drive from the lively, family-friendly Arenal area of Jávea,
with its sandy beach, shops, bars, restaurants, night clubs and
supermarkets. Jávea port and old town are located about 15 minutes
drive away. Two nearby coves, offer snorkelling, sea bathing and
beach bars. |
