Villa Rosen

Set in enchanting Mediterranean-style gardens, totally enclosed by tall hedges, Villa Rosen is the ideal ‘away from it all’ holiday retreat, yet there are three restaurants and a bar within walking distance, and all the amenities that Jávea has to offer are only a few minutes away by car.  The slightly elevated position of this villa results in fine, open country views from the house itself.  It is furnished and equipped to a high standard, and has been used as a home, for part of the time, over recent years.  The large lounge/dining room and the adjoining sunroom are the focal point of the villa, the latter looking over, and leading out to, the pool area and lovely garden, with fruit trees and palms, cactus, rocks and little terraces. 

Under 3km away is the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, a bustling and lively atmosphere, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops.  The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.
