This is a charming villa with lots of
space achieved in two independent units. The Villa has lovely views
and is set in attractive and well maintained gardens.
Set in a quiet, mature neighbourhood, just over 2 km from Jávea’s
sandy beach with a variety of amenities and a lively atmosphere,
Casa Rosita offers excellent facilities for a family holiday, or
a winter home, in two separate self-contained units. The main level
of the villa is entered by steps from the garden to a large,
south-west facing sun terrace, from which doors lead into the
attractive beamed living room. A well-equipped and functional
kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the
accommodation on this level. |

The self-contained apartment on the lower pool level,
with its own separate access, has one bedroom, shower room, kitchen,
and living room – ideal for those needing a little peace now and
then, or a degree of independence.
Between the apartment kitchen and pool is a convenient paved area
for poolside dining. Three restaurants are within walking distance,
and shops, bars and other restaurants are within a few minutes
radius by car. The attractive port and historic old town of Jávea
(3.5 km), are also well worth a visit, and four excellent golf
courses are just a short drive away. |
