This luxury villa, sleeping 6, is in the prestigious Balcon al Mar area of Jįvea. It is a family home for most of the year and both the house and exterior are furnished, equipped, and maintained to very high standards. The accommodation available to guests in the house itself consists of two bedrooms, large shower room, attractive and unusual galley kitchen, charming lounge and living/dining room. Below the house is a spacious, self-contained studio with living and sleeping areas, and a second shower room. Outside, a large, arched covered terrace runs the width of the villa, furnished with table and chairs and comfortable seating, as well as a summer kitchen with barbecue and gas hob. A sink is conveniently positioned in the adjacent covered patio, next to which there is an open patio with hardwood dining furniture. All three areas look directly onto the pool and lawn. The house and gardens are totally private and secure.

There are supermarkets, bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood, and three picturesque rocky coves are close by. The Arenal beach is 10/15 minutes by car, and offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Jįvea (about 5 km away) are also well worth a visit, and three excellent golf courses are within a 20 minute radius.
